Refund policy

At Berrys Nursery & Floral, we take great pride in the quality of our live plants, flowers, floral arrangements, and related products. However, due to the perishable and living nature of our inventory—including plants, cut flowers, potted plants, and custom arrangements—all sales are final at the time of purchase or delivery.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credits, or replacements under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in customer preference or mind
  • Improper care after leaving our premises
  • Environmental factors, planting conditions, or transplant shock
  • Natural variations in plant growth, blooming, or appearance
  • Delivery issues (unless arranged and covered separately in our delivery policy)
  • Dissatisfaction with product appearance or performance post-purchase

Plant and Flower Guarantee: All plants and flowers are inspected and guaranteed to be healthy and in good condition at the time of sale or pickup/delivery. Once the product leaves our nursery or is delivered, responsibility for ongoing care transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend following our care instructions to ensure the best possible outcome.
